We use secure video conferencing software to conduct virtual care planning sessions, allowing us to work with clients all over the country. This service also enables us to complete assessments and care plans remotely, making it an ideal solution for those who are in rural or remote locations or who would like a professional experienced remote care planning service for their general convenience.

Moving and Handling

Our team are experienced moving and handling trainers with substantial field experience in moving and handling assessments, which involves assessing an individual’s mobility and identifying any risks associated with moving and handling. We work with care providers and clients to ensure that they have the right equipment and training risk management to provide safe and effective care.

Medication

We can also provide medication risk assessments to ensure that individuals are receiving the right medication, at the right time, and in the right dose with the right support.
