- Responsibilities – All employees, contractors, volunteers, and business partners have a responsibility to comply with this policy and to support our efforts to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. Managers and supervisors have a particular responsibility to ensure that their teams understand and comply with this policy and to report any suspected modern slavery or human trafficking to the appropriate authorities.
- Communication and Training – Human Services Ltd will communicate this policy to all employees, contractors, volunteers, and business partners through our website, employee handbook, and other relevant channels. We will also provide training and awareness on modern slavery and human trafficking to all employees and contractors.
- Review and Revision – This policy will be reviewed and revised annually by the Human Resources Department in consultation with the Managing Director to ensure that it remains effective and up-to-date. Any revisions will be communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
