Who we are

Human Services Ltd is a software company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13956244), providing the xCare care management platform to health and social care organisations. Our registered office is Capital Office, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZB545833, and on the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit as an IT supplier (organisation code F2T7A).

What data we collect

When you contact us, enquire about our services, or engage with Human Services Ltd directly, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, job title, and organisation. If you use xCare, please refer to the xCare Privacy Notice.

How we use your data

To respond to your enquiries, to provide information about our products and services, to fulfil contractual obligations, and to comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), contract performance (client relationships), and legal obligation (regulatory compliance).

Data storage and security

Contact and business data is held within Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd — EU data boundary). xCare platform data is stored on EU-based servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany (ISO 27001 certified). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Our data security practices are assessed annually through the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit.

Data retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 2 years. Client engagement records are retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights please email martin@humanservices.org.uk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
